The selected agency should be experts in PSAs, video production and editing, and script writing, as well as the creation of digital materials for educational purposes.   • CGA seeks to engage one or more professional services contractors to assist in the analysis of data relating to excavation-related damages to underground facilities. CGA has issued a challenge to industry stakeholders to reduce damages to critical underground utilities by 50% in 5 years (“50-in-5”) . The objective of this project is to develop one or more indices to measure progress in achieving this goal and to provide statistical consultation and analysis of data collected yearly pertaining to damages, near miss events and 811 Center statistics such incoming and outgoing excavation notices.   • CGA is requesting proposals from organizations to create a multi-tenant learning management system (LMS) solution to host, deliver and track a module-based online excavator education curriculum to make available to CGA members and damage prevention stakeholders. CGA is working with a training solutions provider to create a detailed outline/blueprint of educational content and curriculum for excavators focused on the prevention of excavation damage to underground facilities, as well as specific content/curriculum targeting the greatest gaps in current educational programs.   • CGA is requesting information to assist in engaging a specialist or agency to (1) create a series of compelling, communicative charts and graphs for inclusion in our 2022 Damage Information Reporting Tool (DIRT) Report, and (2) complete layout and design of the 2022 DIRT Report . While much of the Report’s scope and content are similar year-over-year, CGA is seeking a specialist or agency who can elevate the overall design of the annual DIRT Report to be more modern, narrative and compelling. The ideal collaborator(s) will engage deeply with the subject matter to create fresh, out-of-the-box ideas for uncovering new perspectives on our data and communicating the importance of damage prevention.
